Private tutor in High Springs, FL

Education

I earned my Masters in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Irvine in 2020. I earned my Bachelor's in Chemistry with a Minor in French from the University of Florida in 2018.

Experience

I have 5 years of experience tutoring people of all ages in math, science, and French, both in-person and online. I love tutoring because I enjoy working one-on-one with students to develop problem solving skills tailored to their personal learning style. My tutoring style is patient and supportive, and many of my students say I helped them to feel confident tackling challenging problems that may otherwise feel overwhelming or stressful. CHEMISTRY: In addition to my private tutoring, I have 2 years of TA experience teaching organic chemistry lectures and labs at the university level. I specialize in organic chemistry, but I have expertise in general chemistry as well. MATH: My favorite math subject to tutor is algebra. I have tutored algebra at the middle school, high school, college, and adult/GED level. I also have experience tutoring geometry, pre-calc, and trig.
